The apprenticeship training at ENIM in partnership with ITII Lorraine

The apprenticeship is an academic education that integrates the theoretical teachings to the practical experiences.

The objective is to create great professionals thanks to a progressive immersion in the professional world. During 3 years, the enterprises will be actively participating in the education and professional evolution of future engineers.

Apprenticeship offers you, enterprises, numerous advantages

  • A forecast of human resources management, by educating an apprentice in coherence with your work methods, for an eventual recruitment at the end of the contract.
  • A civic engagement, by integrating youth professionals.
  • A financial support from the state: exemption of employers' and employees' contributions, perception of a state premium.

A short work/study program makes a big difference

We propose a short work/study program for half a week!

This program allows apprentices to practice theoretical concepts and gain professional competences.

This working rhythm will keep the apprentice in contact with the company.

The engineering work/study program has a 3-years contract with the same company.

The degree delivered in the end of this program is an engineering degree from Metz national school of engineering (ENIM) issued from University of Lorraine, specialized in mechanical and manufacturing, certified by the “Commission du Titre de l’Ingénieur” (Commission of the title of engineer).

In order to be an apprentice, you should have completed 2 years of studies and must not be more than 31 years old, the day the contract is being signed.

Recruited by a company from the Lorraine region, with the agreement of CFAI, after having signed the apprenticeship 3-years contract, the student will become an apprentice and an employee. This way, he will be receiving a salary, paid leaves, employees’ social security and the double status of student/employee. No tuition fees are applied.
