Research, program, innovation and transfer

Partnership research and technology transfer encourage innovation

ENIM, as a school of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, contributes to the development of research, to the necessary support for the programs provided, and to the raising of the scientific, cultural and professional level of the nation and the individuals who are part of it.

ENIM thus focuses on improving and valorizing, in all disciplines related to the school and, particularly, mechanical and industrial engineering, fundamental research, applied research and technology. One of the goals of the research carried out at ENIM is in the development of research partnerships with companies and in technology transfers.

A research-based program

ENIM’s professor-researchers are part of 4 recognized laboratories on research themes ranging from the mechanics of materials to the study of production systems through industrial engineering and the optimization of complex systems.

The research-based nature of engineering programs is a major asset, it allows regular changes in teaching methods and privileged access for our students to the doctoral thesis.

The ENIM offers its staff various partnerships that concern both education and international research. These partnerships ensure the influence of the laboratories in adequacy with the orientation of the school.

Engineering program and research complete and enrich one another. The researchers' approach and tools constitute valuable assets for a career as an engineer, an initiation to research is therefore proposed during the program. A glimpse of research offers another advantage: the students acquire a method of thinking and working there, a particular way of dealing with problems.

It is this openness that offers an engineer a real added value.
